You will also participate in retreat breakout sessions, hour-long learning opportunities created to enrich your life, invigorate your body and enlighten your mind. Based on your interests we will create a personalized schedule that is designed to maximize your experience during the Kalamazoo Women's Retreat & Expo.

Breakout Sessions

Totally Toned: This class incorporates a variety of different elements, such as free weights, rubber tubing, exercise balls and step. For beginners and athletes alike!

Group Cycle: For beginners and avid cyclists alike, Group Cycle is a great calorie-burning workout.

Pilates: This 45-minute workout will elongate your muscles, creating a longer leaner body.

Lunge for Success: This is a 35-minute lower body toning and sculpting class that will focus on the butt and thighs.

How to Dress 10 lbs ThInner: Sydney’s fashion expert shares the secrets on what to wear and how to wear it!

Yoga: This class will focus on the practice of physical postures or poses. Yoga helps to create balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility.

Floral Arranging: Sofia Floral design experts will show you how to create the holiday environment you desire and share simple-to-execute ideas for this busy season.

Insurance Planning: Are you sure you have the right insurance coverage? Our insurance pro will teach you what you need and how to get it.
